This achievement reflects the client's recognition of QT ENVIRO-TECH's technical capabilities in seawater desalination, equipment integration, and project implementation. It also marks further progress in the company's expansion into overseas seawater desalination markets.

Delivering an Integrated Water Supply Solution for Island Communities

Located on an overseas island, the project aims to address local freshwater shortages and provide a stable water supply for residents' daily lives and local activities.

Taking into account the island's water supply requirements and on-site operating conditions, QT ENVIRO-TECH will provide an integrated seawater desalination system designed to deliver a reliable and consistent freshwater supply.

Core Process Flow@2x

The system adopts a core treatment process comprising MMF pretreatment, SWRO (seawater reverse osmosis), and remineralization. It also integrates chemical dosing, CIP (clean-in-place) chemical cleaning, flushing, and instrumentation and control systems. This integrated design ensures water quality while enhancing operational stability, system integration, and ease of on-site installation, providing reliable technical support for the island's freshwater supply.

Designed for Challenging Island Conditions

Considering the characteristics of island seawater sources and local operating conditions, QT ENVIRO-TECH has tailored the equipment configuration and process design to meet the project's environmental and operational requirements.

Core Technical Parameters@2x

  • Adaptable to a range of feedwater conditions: The system is designed for seawater with turbidity of up to 10 NTU and total dissolved solids (TDS) of up to 30,000 ppm.

  • Wide operating temperature range: The equipment is designed to operate at water temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, meeting the requirements of the specified operating conditions.

  • International power supply compatibility: The system uses a three-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz power supply, facilitating on-site connection and equipment installation.

Through integrated process engineering and systematic design, QT ENVIRO-TECH is committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and easy-to-deploy integrated seawater desalination solutions.
