Treatment Process
The system integrates three membrane technologies to achieve progressive brine concentration:
UF Pretreatment: Removes suspended solids and particulate impurities to improve feed water quality.
RO Pre-concentration: Reduces water content and increases the concentration of the feed solution.
BC Membrane Advanced Concentration: Further concentrates the brine for process evaluation.
The integrated system enables pilot testing under different operating conditions, membrane performance evaluation, and operational data collection, providing technical support for future industrial-scale applications.
