Core process equipment — high-pressure pumps, membrane vessels, energy recovery devices, instrumentation, and controls — pre-installed and aligned at the factory, not the field.

A 20 MLD seawater RO plant for one of the world's leading phosphate producers — the largest containerized capacity QT has delivered. Pretreatment, high-pressure RO trains, energy recovery, and post-treatment engineered into just 22 ISO containers. Every container was factory pre-tested before shipment, and despite the scale of the project, the first batch reached the client's site and entered operation within 4 months of order — a delivery speed typically associated only with much smaller plants. The client confirmed performance and schedule in a written satisfaction letter upon commissioning.

Pretreatment modules and RO trains are built, assembled, and pre-tested in parallel at our Suzhou facility. Initial batches — including the 20,000 m³/day Morocco project — are delivered within 4 months, validated by client satisfaction letters.
